A house that floats. A family that gathers.

Haus of Stanley began with a simple observation: some of the most beautiful homes in the world were sitting neglected in marinas, while some of the most deserving people in the world had nowhere safe to go.

So we started acquiring vessels, one at a time, restoring them by hand with licensed contractor craft, and opening their doors. Today the fleet is a living neighborhood on the water: part sanctuary, part school, part standing invitation to imagine housing differently.

The Haus stands on an old and radical idea, sharpened by the futurist Jacque Fresco: that access to shelter should be organized around human need rather than financial capacity.

We operationalize it directly. Boats are acquired, restored, and made available to the people who need them, centering people over profit in every decision. Not charity. Not commerce. Architecture for taking better care of each other.
